jlvip Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the jlvip platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jlvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jlvip platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the platform in any manner. • Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on jlvip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlvip or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.

To access the full range of jlvip services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jlvip requires you to complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).

jlvip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of ongoing compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify jlvip immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jlvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on jlvip are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jlvip supports the following deposit methods for players based in the Philippines:

• E-Wallets: GCash and PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

jlvip does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. This policy is in full compliance with current Philippine payment regulations, including PAGCOR guidelines prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jlvip account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jlvip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your jlvip account. jlvip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Processing Times:

• GCash and Maya: typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours
• Bank Transfer: one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule
• Debit Card: two (2) to five (5) business days

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though jlvip reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments for security and liquidity management purposes.

KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jlvip will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed the full identity verification process. This requirement exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Pending Withdrawal Cancellation: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed, provided you do so through your account dashboard. Once a withdrawal has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.

jlvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jlvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the associated account may be permanently closed.

Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected from a game in progress due to internet or device issues on the player's side, jlvip is not liable for any resulting loss. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing real-money wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlvip platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing hole-card information in live poker or other card games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be forfeited;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jlvip to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jlvip's software, systems, or security measures;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlvip staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

jlvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cut-offs after a specified period of play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

All content on the jlvip platform — including but not limited to the jlvip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlvip content without prior written consent;
• Use jlvip's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on jlvip's platform, software, or content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the jlvip platform.

Any unauthorized use of jlvip's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by jlvip.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlvip shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the jlvip platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside jlvip's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government;
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jlvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jlvip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and jlvip's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering on jlvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of jlvip's services. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

jlvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Regulatory Complaints: If you believe jlvip has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
